NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORM
Secretaries wishing to register an unregistered player should complete a New Player Registration Application Form. The Band Secretary should send the completed application to the Registry by post or email, together with two identical passport style photographs.

TRANSFER APPLICATION FORM
Secretaries wishing to transfer a player from another band should complete a BBP Transfer Form. The Secretary should then obtain a printed name & signature from the releasing Band Secretary and the player, with the player's current registration card, which should then all be posted directly to the BBP Registry.

SECRETARY FORM
If any details change regarding a Band's Secretary (whether it be a new or existing Secretary), bands are required to complete this form. This form should be sent to the BBP Registry via post or email as soon as possible.

REGISTRATION CARD INSERT
The Band Secretary will need to download this document when they require new inserts for their band's registration cards. These inserts will need to be printed off & stuck onto each relevant registration card. The Band Secretary will need to ensure that all registration cards are up-to-date before their next contest.

BBP REGISTRY RULES
The BBP Registry would urge all bands to re-familiarise themselves with the BBP Registry Rules (page 8 of PDF attachment).

Please note:
  • Payment is preferable with the relevant transaction. However, the BBP Registry can add the cost onto the band's individual Account if requested
  • Once a band's Account reaches £50.00 in arrears, the band will be invoiced. Payment for their outstanding balance is necessary before any more transactions are processed by the BBP Registry
  • The Secretary is singularly responsible for all registration transactions. Applications should be sent by post, by the Band Secretary directly to the BBP Registry. Do NOT ask other Secretaries or players to send them on your behalf (except under exceptional circumstances - and only with prior permission from the BBP Registry)
  • All registration applications must be completed only by the player and the Band Secretary, and must contain the authorised signature of the Band Secretary
  • Any applications that are incomplete, or contain incorrect details, will be returned to sender unprocessed and undated
  • The BBP Registry may take disciplinary action against any player/s who supply incorrect details to the Registry. This action may involve suspension, or even permanent withdrawal of registration from the BBP Registry

NEW BAND REGISTRATION
