2. Annual Band Validation for 12 Months: £75.00
24 Months: £130.00
3. New Player Registration (each) - posted: £7.00
4. New Player Registration (each) - emailed: £10.00
5. Transfer (each): £7.00
6. Duplicate Cards (each - lost cards only): £10.00
7. Duplicate Set of Registration Cards (lost set): £75.00
8. Appeal Fee: £25.00
9. Change of Band Name: £30.00
10. Registration Card Cancellation: Free
Payment can be made using cash, cheque, postal order or BACS transfer:
- All original New Player Registrations & Transfers are included with this fee
- Bands will also need to pay for validation upon registering - fees are below

- All cheques must be made payable to Brass Band Players Ltd
- BACS details can be requested directly from the Registry
- The registering Band is responsible for all postage costs
RETURN POSTAGE
With every transaction, Bands can either enclose an S.A.E or we can charge the Band accordingly. From 23 March 2020, Royal Mail has increased postage costs to the following:
Small letter - £0.76
Large letter (up to & inc 100g) - £1.15
Large letter (101-250g) - £1.64
Large letter (251-500g) - £2.14 (most common weight for return of a set of registration cards - new or re-validated)
As such, all Bands will be charged the above prices if return postage (S.A.E or payment) is not included.
